    • Food provenance - origin of food
    • Reared ingredients - animals, birds, fish and shellfish caught from the wild for eating.
    • Gathered ingredients - plant foods gathered from the wild for eating.

    • Ultra heat treated milk (UHT) is heated at 132 °C for 1 second. It can be stored unopened at ambient temperature for several months.
    • In micro-filtered milk, all bacteria is removed.
