    • Autocratic leader - centralized on authority, enforce rules and regulations
    • Democratic leader - delegates authority to others, asks suggestions and discusses plans with members

    • Sheep - will not act unless directly instructed, depends on the leader for guidance
    • Yes-people - simply obey to avoid any conflicts or to please their leaders
    • Alienated follower - independent and thinks critically but passive
    • Pragmatic follower - realistic and practical, think about the importance of the task at hand
    • Star follower - recognized the need and works harmoniously with the team to reach their goal

    • Nuclear family - comprises a couple and children

    • Authoritative - can be both demanding and responsive, allows the child to a sense of independency
