  • Organizational Structure and Staffing Pattern
    Every Local Government Unit (LGU) shall design and implement its own organizational structure and staffing pattern taking into consideration its service requirements and financial capabilities, subject to the minimum standards, and guidelines prescribed by the Civil Service Commission
