• tie up long hair
• remove jewellery
• wear enclosed shoes
• wear tight/semi-tight clothing
• no smoking, drinking or eating
• Be careful when using sewing machines

  • do not place hands too close to the needle
  • always have light on so that you are able to see
• Be careful when using iron

  • always iron with ironing board
  • never touch the hot, flat side of the iron
  • never leave iron sitting on fabric
  • turn off powerpoint and unplug cord after each use
