Movement of earths

• It is bright in Hong Kong when when it faces the sun,so it is daytime.
• It becomes dark in Hong Kong when it turns away from the sun, so it is nighttime
• The cycle of the day and night is caused by rotation of the earth.
• The earth rotates on an imaginary axis . It’s complete a full rotation In one day which is about 24 hours.
• Bangkok is one hour behind Hong Kong and Tokyo is one hour ahead of Hong Kong.
• Beijing and Hong Kong has the same time zones.
• Different places receive sunlight at different times as the earth rotates. Therefore,the earth is divided into different time zones.
• Sunlight is more focused in areas with overhead sunlight , so the temperature there is generally higher.
• Sunlight is less focused in areas with slanted sunlight so the temperature there is generally lower.
• The earth revolves around the sun.
• A complete revolution takes a year which is about 365 days
