  • Oestrogen: Builds uterus lining, stops FSH production, stimulates LH release
  • LH: Stimulates release of the egg (ovulation), stops Oestrogen production, stimulates Progesterone
  • Progesterone: Maintains uterus lining, stops LH release + FSH
