    • Unilever in Nigeria started in 1923 with soap manufacturing using palm oil - now employs 1500 people in Nigeria - has helped to improve healthcare + education. Works with Save The Children.
    • Shell Oil extracts oil in Niger Delta -  employs 65,000 workers and pays taxes to the Nigerian government, but has caused environmental damage to the Niger Delta including oil spills and fires.
