Plant Growth

• Can be used to investigate the effect of light on growth of seeds
• Method

  • Put 10 seeds into different petri dishes, each lined with moist filter paper
  • Shine light onto one of the petri dishes, light away from one and completly cover another
  • Leave the seeds for a week
  • Record the growth, which should be towards the light
