Words are hard to find when we are depressed,desperate and afraid.Words are easy to find when we are happy or in a positive mood.
The title must be (words are) Hard to find but the wirds being left out tells us that the poem is about words.

fly out: simile - Slang - words are uncontrollable when you are arnoyed/ upset - they just fly off your tongue... like arrows intended to hurt and not asked for.
