    • urban regeneration made tourist/entertainment centre which provides business/job opportunities

    • Albert Dock - Beetles museum, Tate Gallery, Echo Area which provides jobs (tax benefits) + adds to culture for tourists + creates green area
    • Liverpool ONE - £1 billion shopping centre is largest open air in UK, 5000 jobs + 28 million tourists + 5 acre park improves air
  • Regeneration Schemes (2):
    • Baltic Triangle - 400 tech businesses contributes £900 million via multiplier effect + tax invested for green spaces
    • Transport - more walking means less car accidents, 1.2km cycle lanes + public transport more reliable + less cars reduce pollution
