Kidney Function

• ADH (anti-diuretic hormone) is made in

  the pituitary gland
• When water levels too high, less ADH is made, so more water is sent to the bladder to leave body as urine.
• Example of negative feedback.
• When kidneys are not working properly dialysis is needed to remove waste products from the blood
