• S20 Short term tight to reject

  Must be exercised within 30 days of the delivery of the goods, consumer is then entitled to a full refund, the trader must bear any reasonable costs of returning the goods
• S23 Right to repair or replacement

  If S20 not exercised, then consumer will be able to exercise this right, if the consumer requires the trader to repair or replace the goods, the trader must do so within a reasonable time and without inconvenience to the consumer and bear any necessary costs incurred in doing so
• S24 right to a pride reduction or final right to reject


  If S23 does not bring satisfaction, consumer has right to price reduction or right to reject the goods and claim a refund
• If the goods do not conform to the contract because of a breach of any of the rights, then there are available rights to the consumer
