  • If a wound state:
    Eisenhower provides a wound is any injury that breaks both layers of the skin.
  • If GBH, state:
    Smith provides GBH is really serious harm and Saunders provides it is serious harm
  • Brown and Stratton: A collection of ABH injuries may become GBH
  • Bollom: ABH injuries on a vulnerable victim (a baby, an old person etc) can become GBH
  • Burstow: serious psychiatric injury can be sufficient for GBH
