    • Workers, with socialist leanings, complied, halting essential services and paralyzing the capital.
    • After four days, Kapp realized he could not govern and fled.
    • Kapp was caught, imprisoned, and later died in prison.
    • The rebellion collapsed, and the Weimar ministers returned to power.
