  It provides a framework of minimum standards and requirements to regulate and control the location, site, design, quality of materials, construction, use, occupancy, and maintenance of all buildings and structures

The adequate supply of hot, cold and chilled water, its efficient conveyance and the disposal of wastewater such as food waste and human excreta from plumbing fixture require provision of enough air, that will result to the efficient installion system
