  blue to orange/ brick red
• PROCESS?

  1. Add Benedict's reagent
  2. Heat
  3. Remains blue
  4. Add dilute HCl and boil
  5. Cool and neutralise with sodium hydrogen carbonate
  6. Turns blue to orange/ brick red
