    • Primary Research - This is research that you do yourself .e.g. Surveys, interviews and questionaries.
    • Secondary Research - This is research that has already been done .e.g. Googling, books and newspapers.
    • Primary research is more accurate, up to date, specific to your needs and eliminates any bias.
    • Secondary data is more general, faster, easy to find and use, effective for quantitative data but it can be out of date.
    • Qualitative data - Data that includes people's thoughts and feelings.
    • Quantitative data - Data that is just numbers and things that can be measured.
