• Bulbourethral glands lubricate the penis during sexual intercourse
• Cowper's Gland/ Bulbourethral Gland produce fluid that serves as a lubrication to the urethra to neutralize the acidity
• Ovary produce ovum and hormones estrogen and progesterone
• Fimbriae catch the egg
• Fallopian Tube / Oviduct - from ovary to utersus ; serves as site of fertilization
• Fallopian Tube is where the sperm meets the egg
• Endometrium - nourish the embryo; sheds during menstruation
• Cervix - muscular opening of the uterus
• Vagina - opening and birth canal
• Oogenesis production of ovum
• Spermatogenesis production of sperm
• Female have two ovary which alternate each month
• Ovary contains ~ 400,000 but only ~400 mature
