Someone who feels unwelcome or excluded from a place, e.g. international migrants who don't share values or culture with the residents of the country that they have moved to = therefore outsiders.
Who is an Insider?.
Someone who feels welcome in a place and is familiar with it I.e. feel that they belong e.g. residents of a country who all share the same cultural values will feel like insiders.
