what is the definition of tawhid?
tawhid is the "oneness" reference to god. The basic muslim belief in the oneness of god
what is the definition of prophethood or "risalah"? 
prophethood is the term used of the messengers of god, beginning with Adam and ending with the prophet Muhammad
what is the definition of halal?
halal is the actions or things which are permitted in islam, such as eating permitted foods
what is the definition of haram?
haram is the actions or things which are forbidden in islam, such as eating forbidden foods
what is the definition of jihad? 
jihad means to strive. there are two forms of jihad. the greater jihad is the daily struggle and inner spiritual struggle to live as a good muslim. The lesser jihad is a physical struggle of "holy war" in defence of islam
what is the definition of mosque (masjid)? 
a mosque is a place of prostration for muslims, it is a communal place if worship for the muslim community
what is the definition of shariah (straight path)?
shariah is a way of life ; muslims believe that god has set out a clear path for how muslims should live. shariah law is the set of moral and religious rules that put the principles set out in the Qur'an and the Hadith into practise

ummah means community. it refers to the worldwide community of muslims who share a common religious identity

Janna is a short version of the word "garden", they believe that Janna is pure happiness that lasts forever

responsible for revealing the qur'an to muhammad; and gods messengers to believers

responsible for keeping the devil out of heaven, protecting worshippers and is in charge of plants and rain

he will anounce the day of judgement by blowing the trumpet that will signal the resurrection of dead
beliefs about al-qadr(predestination) 
-god has a divine masterplan for everyone that is predestined to take place. this is all a part of his plan for the world and all of creation
