Induced Mutation - induces through various chemical and physical agents known as mutagens
Somatic mutations - occur in other cells of the body. These mutations may have little effect on the organism because they are confined to just one cell and its daughter cells. It also cannot be passed on to offspring.
Germline mutations - occur in gametes (eggs or sperm) and therefore can be transmitted from parent to child, affecting all cells of an organism’s body.
