    • The Results are a summary of key findings shown by statistics
    • The Discussion is a summary of results, how the findings might link to previous research, limitations, and implications
    • Peer Review takes place after a paper is submitted to a group of peers, some may be leading experts in the field
    • Peer Review helps to stop faulty or fraudulent data from entering the public domain
    • Peer Review helps funding to be allocated responsibly
    • Peer Review means that University departments can be assessed and compared
    • Peer Review uses anonymity to help reviewers be honest and the authors do not know who is reviewing their paper
    • Publication Bias can cause important research to not be published as it is not 'headline-grabbing'
    • Some cutting edge research may not be published as the reviewers cannot understand it
    • Psychological reasearch helps develop treatment for mental disorders, therefore more people can get back to work and boost the economy
