  Strength- Studies we’re field experiments, high ecological validity. Limitation- Inference is only temporary. Cues a more accurate reason for forgetting. Inference only works when there are no cues.

  Strength- Real world application. Strategies can be made to help us remember more information in our everyday lives. Limitations- Only affects recall but not recognition. Baddeley redid underwater study found no difference between conditions.
• MISLEADING INFORMATION (EWT)

  Strength- Real world application, can help improve EWT ( however based off a lab study). Limitation- Yuille did an experiment on a real life crime and found that EWT was more accurate.
• ANXIETY (EWT)
