Teachers need specific professional development opportunities in order to increase their ability to use ICT for formative learning assessments, individualized instruction, accessing online resources and for fostering student interaction and collaboration. 2. ICT should positively impact teachers' general attitudes towards ICT in the classroom, but it should also provide specific guidance on ICT teaching and learning within each discipline.

  • Traditional Classroom Learning Approach also known as Traditional Classroom
    • (Before the classroom) The students come based on the topic and schedule given to them
    • (In the classroom) The teacher delivers the lecture to the classroom and provides with the study materials   
    • (After the class) The learners are give practice exercise to enhance their learning    
  • Flipped Classroom Learning Approach
    • (Before the class) The students are given study material to assimilate the learning content 
    • (In the classroom) The learners discussed the content with their instructor or peers
    • After the class) The learners check and confirm their understanding by doing further learning activities
