Circle

• A set of points that lie on a circle and are positioned within a circle 


  Arc
• line that connects two points on a circle

  Chord
• A line that lies in the center to the circle itself

  Radius
• A line that is in the contains of the center and has its endpoints on the circle

  Diameter
• A line passing through exact two points on a curve

  Secant
• A line that just touches and passes through a point on a curve

  Tangent
• To divide two equal sections

  Bisect
• Identical side and shape

  Congruent
• Approximately equal to 3.14 and is used to determine a circle's circumference and area


  Pi
• The point of intersection between two or more rays, also called the corner

  Vertex
• Has its vertex on the center of the circle and angle from the circumference. The degree of measure is equal to its intercepted arc.

  Central angle
• Has its vertex and endpoints on the circumference. The degree of measure is half of its intercepted arc.

  Inscribed angle
