    A fun, playful dance with a quick give-and-take and "chase" theme between the partners
  • Cha Cha Cha

    • Music follows a "slow-slow-quick-quick-quick" beat in 4/4 meter at 128 beats per minute
    • Steps should be taken first with the ball of the foot, then the heel as weight is transferred
    • Latin hip movement is achieved through alternate bending and straightening of the knees
    • Partners stand upright with weight forward on the balls of the feet in a compact, connected frame
