First, pour the potassium hydroxide (alkaline) into the conical flask and add a few drops of the indicator to see the colour change. Read the volume of the acid added to the burette. Then, place the flask under the burette (record the number at the meniscus) and start to pour the acid. Stop pouring into the conical flask until there is a colour change
