• Distance is the total length covered by a moving object. (Scalar)

  Displacement is the distance moved in a specified direction. (Vector)
• SI unit for both Distance & Displacement are in metre (m)
• Speed is the rate of change of distance. (Scalar)

  Velocity is the rate of change of displacement. (Vector)
