- chronic tubulointerstitial nephritis due to Vesicoureteral Reflux (VUR)
- Hall mark lesion: U-shaped Cortico-medullary scar overlying blunted calyx
- ** VUR and obstructive uropathy will lead to hydronephrosis & hydroureter
- hydronephrosis - distension of renal calyces and pelvis
- hydroureter - dilation of ureter
