    • Brain is more powerful and flexible than the most advanced computer
    • Uses computer models - important differences between the sort of information processing that takes place in a computer program and in the human brain
    • Brain is more complex than any computer
    • Lacks ecological validity - uses tasks that have little in common in natural everyday experiences

    • Fails to include biological factors - hormones, neurochemistry and genetics
