  • Generating Sales
    Needs:
    -clear idea of customer wants/needs
    -meet customer product requirements
    -e.g animal products to vegans
  • Business Survival
    -aim of new, small businesses
    -relates to the business operating for at least 12 months
    -keeping up with changing customer requirements (e.g seasons)
