• Creation - first way God reveals Himself to us; found in the Genesis
• Psalm 19:1 beautifully exclaims, “The heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament proclaims His handiwork"
• Genesis 1:26 - “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness”
• Scripture - The Bible is the inspired word of God and is the source of all truth.
• Old Testament - characterized by its claim of an intervention on the part of God in history
• Church - definitive revelation of God; a group of disciples form its nucleus
• God continues to manifest Himself today through the Holy Spirit in the Church.
• Other religions - the church discerns the seeds of the Word in the history and culture of all men and women of good will
• Inter-Religious Dialogue - collaboration and unification of religions
• Ecumenism - collaboration and unification of Christian denomination
• Christian Denomination - other religions that worship Jesus and God, the Father
• Faith - necessary to achieve salvation; personal adherence to God and assent to his truth
