Mandates basic and non-basicbedaccommodation:
Government hospitals: 90:10, 90% for ward; 10% for non-basic accommodation
Specialty hospitals: 70:30, 70% for ward; 30% for non-basic accommodation
Private hospitals: 10:90, 10% for ward; 90% for non-basic accommodation
