  • Graduated measuring cups - usually made of plastic or glass and are used for measuring liquids.
  • Individual measuring cups - usually made of aluminum, stainless steel, or plastic and are used for measuring accurately the fractional part of a cup.
    • 1/4, 1/2, 1/3, 2/3 cup
  • Measuring spoons - used to measure a small amount of baking ingredients and it comes with 1/8t. 1/4t, 1/2t, 1 teaspoon, and 1 table spoon.
  • Mixing bowls
    • available in sets of three or more pieces and are usually made of glass, plastic, stainless, or aluminum.
    • used for holding and mixing ingredients.
  • Sifter
    • usually made of wire mesh or a fine plastic screen that sieves dry ingredients.
  • Wooden mixing spoons
    • paddle-shaped spoon made from light wood
    • used for mixing as do not conduct heat and discolor mixtures through prolonged stirring.
  • Rubber scraper
    • pliable rubber
    • used for removing sticky ingredients from cup and sides for bowls and pushing batter into a baking pan.
  • Rolling pin
    • cylindrical wood with or without handles.
    • used for rolling or flattening dough for bread or rolls.
