CV = Same SA of discs, temp(water bath), pH (buffer), same amount of time to measure change in vol, vol + conc of excess H2O2,
Use cork borer to get potato peices
Cut discs of same size - ruler + scalpel
Dry with absorbent paper towel
Put 5 into a test tube
Put in water bath at 30°C for 5 mins
Record initial vol, in inverted measuring cylinder
Add 20cm3 10% excess H2O2 into test tube
Immediately place bung with attached delivery tube going inside inverted measuring cylinder
Start stop watch when first bubble of O2 is seen
Measure vol every 30 secs, for 5 mins
Repeat 2 more times
Repeat for each no. of discs
Plot a vol/time graph for each no. of potato dics
Use tangent to find initial rate
Plot initial rate graph
