    • Indirect discrimination is when policies or practices are applied in the same way to everyone which makes is harder for you achieve comparing to others  
    • Stereotyping is a perceived idea or assumption about the characteristic trait or abilities of someone or something they have  
    • The equality act 2010 is a single piece of legislation in the uk that replaces existing anti-discrimination laws

    • UNCRC-United nations convention on the child's right 1989
    • there are 54 articles in UNCRC

      Non-discrimination (Article 2)
      • Best interest of the child (Article 3)
      • Right to life survival and development (Article 6)
      • Right to be heard (Article 12)

    • The freedom of information act 2000
