His methods were not always considered to be scientific as they were subjective (relied on trusting people’s account) & his results weren’teasy to replicate
Any behaviouroutside of consciousawareness could not be tested and otherapproaches made greatcontributions to psychology becoming a science. E.g. Bandura/Skinner
The use of introspection meant that the datacollected by Wundt was often anecdotal rather than empirical, making it lessreliable.
