  • Lifestyle - The way a person or a group of people live. It is a behavioral pattern of choices from the alternatives that are available to people. 
  • Weight Management - Refers to set of practices and behaviors that is necessary to keep one’s weight and a healthful level. It is a long-term approach to healthy living and lifestyle.

    1. Filipinos eat more than three times a day – three full meals and two snacks.
    2. Filipinos eat a lot of rice. This staple food is found in almost all Filipino meals.
    3. Filipinos are fond of “Eat all you can” eating habits. Filipino homes usually cook more than necessary.
