    The defendant had been ordered to leave the UK. She decided to go to Ireland but the Irish police deported her and sent her back to England. She didn't wish to go back and was not doing this voluntarily and tried her best to avoid deportation but was taken to England against her own will. She was then arrested and charged for being an illegal immigrant
