Parallel Circuits

• In a Parallel Circuit, if one component breaks, the circuit will still work. This is because current can still flow through the other loops. 

  
• In a Parallel Circuit, all components have the SAME potential difference.
• In a Parallel Circuit, the current is shared.
• Adding a resistor in parallel with an existing resistor will decrease the resistance
