  • Step 1: Applications forms, CV and certified copies of personal identity documents
  • Step 2: Determine which applicants meet minimum job requirements and separate them
  • Step 3: Preliminary interviews are conducted if many suitable applications were received
  • Step 4: Reference checking takes place
  • Step 5: Compile shortlist of potential candidates identified
  • Step 6: Shortlisted candidates subjected to selection tests
  • Step 7: Invite shortlisted candidates for an interview
  • Step 8: Written offer of employment is made to the candidate selected after interview process
