    • In Philosophical terms, it is the being, which is
    the source of a person’s consciousness
    – It is the agent responsible for an individual’s
    thoughts and actions.
    • It includes a person’s life,Purpose, meaning, and
    aspiration.

    as the set of behaviors, feelings, thoughts, and
    motives that identifies an individual.

  • The Johari Window is a psychological tool created by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham in 1955 to help individuals better understand their relationships with themselves and others
  • Open Area : This quadrant includes traits and information about yourself that both you and others are aware of. It’s the “public” part of your personality.
  • Blind Area : This includes aspects that others see in you, but you are unaware of. Feedback from others can help reduce this area.
  • Hidden Area : This contains information you know about yourself but keep hidden from others. Sharing more about yourself can reduce this area.
  • Unknown Area: This quadrant includes aspects that neither you nor others are aware of. It represents the unconscious or undiscovered parts of your personality.
