emotionally-charged
confrontational disagreement
Conflict
can create
stress
and lead to
gossip

avoidance
and
hostility
.

distracts employees from their work and needs to be resolved
Conflict
can be viewed as a negative situation, however, if the conflict is managed correctly it can lead to better
team performance
