Obedience

• Obedience occurs when we follow the commands of someone with authority, or the rules or law of our  society.
• Social proximity: how physically close one or more people are to proximity each other
• Group pressure: we are more likely to obey an authority figure if we see other people obeying them (also works in reverse)
