LESSON 7 FREEDOM & RESPONSIBILITY

• To be free is to make choices in our actions the way we manage our life.
• "God willed that man should be left in the hand of his own counsel" - Sirach 15:14
• Freedom is the most precious gift of God to man
• Freedom - Is the power rooted in reason and the will to act or not to act.
• "To disobey God and do evil is an abuse of freedom and leads to slavery of sin" Romans 6:17
• Licentiousness - Doing anything you want without restraint
• Freedom - The power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants
• Freedom - is a quality that helps us express ourselves and develop our humanity
• External Freedom - When there are no factors outside that influence our power to choose
