A tree- root shaped part of the neuron which are more shorter and numerous than axons
They receive signals from other neurons and transmit electrical signals to the cell body
They are covered in synapses to allow them to receive signals from thousands of other neuron
Purkinje cells are found in the cerebellum and they have highly developed dendrites to receive signals from thousands of other neurons
