  • PHYSICAL FITNESS - it is the ability of each individual to do his/her daily task efficiently and comfortably without
    experiencing fatigue and have some reserves in emergency situation.
  • Agility - the ability to move and change direction and position of the body quickly and effectively with controlled
    movement.
  • Power - is the ability to exert maximum force very quickly, like the initial take - off from sprinting and baseball
    bating.
  • Coordination - is the linking of senses through the brain to the different parts of the body to produce smooth, quick,
    and efficiently- controlled movement an exact execution of the skill.
