  • The idea that behaviour and mental well-being are influenced by our childhood experiences, repetitive thoughts or unconscious feelings. Here we try to identify the root cause of trauma or unhealthy behaviours
  • This can be a lengthy and potentially emotionally draining experience but often has amazing results. We try to make our unconscious thoughts, which we may have repressed/denied/displaced, conscious.
  • A person will work with a psychologist to help improve their self awareness to these feelings and change their old habits/beliefs
  • Help heal from trauma, find better ways to cope, gain a deeper insight into challenges, new perspectives, time to reflect.
