• Atmosphere - refers to the overall feel within the restaurant, and it conveys an image as related to the customers, the menus, and the types of service.
• Ambience - the special atmosphere or mood created by a particular restaurant environment

• Filler flowers - are used to fill up the empty spaces in an arrangement. They are usually inserted last, after the mass flower and line flowers are in place.
•  Line flowers - define the shape of the arrangement. They give the arrangement its height and width.
