Evidence for climate change
Ice cores - layers of ice and snow taken from the Poles that contain different isotopes of gases which can be used to determine climate.
Global temperature data - started being recorded monthly from 1659, can be used to compare with todays temperatures
Paintings and diaries - SUBJECTIVE data based on what is written/seen e.g. frost fairs in London in the 1600s
